Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize e-mail marketing campaigns (including list migration & e-commerce platform integration) and collaborate with the creative team for content

  • Optimize email audience segments and set up triggers for flow e-mails

  • Transform data into future insights and optimization together with the Business Intelligence team.

  • To always be in the know of the latest knowledge on best practices and strategies in paid ads, search media, and digital marketing industry development

  • Create insightful reports of digital campaigns performance for our clients in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency. You talk English while dreaming. Understanding the U.S. culture is a plus!

  • Growth Pirate. Maps full of digital marketing shortcuts are already in your hand

  • Datanism. In Data you trust! love for data and an ability to analyze a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with digital creative metrics (CTR, CPC, Reach, ROAS)

  • E-mail Wizard. Some experience in using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other e-mail marketing platforms

  • Oracle. You must have a crystal ball that can see future trends especially in Digital Media

  • Excellence. Operational excellence is in your blood, including a good time management

  • Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate

  • Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtful recommendations to best serve our clients

  • Adaptable. You are as smooth as water. Able to navigate, transform and embrace changes skillfully.

  • Experimental. Preferably with 1-3 years of working experience as a digital marketing strategist or growth marketing. However, if numbers, data, and logical reasoning are your best friend, please do apply!

 

Nice to Have

  • Some experience in all aspects of digital marketing

  • Familiarity with U.S digital media trends and social media algorithms

  • Familiar with branding with a passion for social media (Instagram is a plus!)

  • Google Certified. Certified with Google Ads Fundamental, Search, and Display

  • Bachelor’s degree or working experience in quantitative fields such as engineering and statistics.

  • Understanding of e-commerce landscape and metrics such as LTV, AOV, Repeat Rate, and CAC

A: For this position, we have 4 rounds:

  1. Online reasoning test: it will take around 1 hour to finish the test

  2. Case study: you will be invited to our office to do a technical Case Study. It will take around 3 hours

  3. Presentation: you will do the presentation on the same day with your Case Study if you passed the test. It will take around 1 hour

  4. Culture fit: the soft skill interview that you could have it online or face to face after you passed the interview
