Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager (audience building, uploading content, initial setup; adjust placement settings, attribution settings, bid settings, audience exclusions as needed)

  • Daily checking to ensure that digital campaigns are running smoothly

  • To always in the know of the latest knowledge on best practices and strategies in paid social, search media, and industry development

  • Purchase and optimize digital campaigns in accordance with company procedures and customer’s goals

  • Create insightful reports of digital campaigns performance for our clients in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency. You talk English while dreaming. Understanding the U.S. culture is a plus!

  • Branding. You are a branding wizard with a passion for social media (Instagram is a plus!)

  • Datanism. In Data you trust! love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with digital creative metrics (CTR, CPC, Reach, ROAS)

  • Oracle. You must have a crystal ball that can see future trends especially in Digital Media

  • Math-o-holic. You considered Math as your “favourite dish”

  • Excellence. Operational excellence is in your blood, including a good time management

  • Experimental. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Media Buyer & Planner.

  • Decisive. Able to pull an on-time calculated risk decision with the minimal information

  • Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate

  • Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtful recommendations to best serve our clients

  • Adaptable. You are as smooth as water. Able to navigate, transform and embrace changes skillfully.

  • Google Certified. Certified with Google Ads Fundamental, Search, and Display

  • Experienced in all aspects of Media Planning

  • Familiarity with U.S digital media trends and social media algorithms

  1. Online reasoning test: it will take around 1 hour to finish the test

  2. Case study: you will be invited to our office to do a technical Case Study. It will take around 3 hours

  3. Presentation: you will do the presentation on the same day with your Case Study if you passed the test. It will take around 1 hour

  4. Culture fit: the soft skill interview that you could have it online or face to face after you passed the interview
